You will implement and practice fraud investigative services, fraud monitoring, fraud prevention, and communication with customers and stakeholders to support the execution of the program.What Your Day Might Include…Conduct fraud investigations, respond to fraud alerts, and collaborate with data analysts and other investigators to strengthen fraud prevention.Collaborate with data analysts, engineering teams, and other investigators to strengthen fraud prevention.Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key partner teams and external stakeholders to optimize fraud operations processes and policies.Identify and resolve multiple potential fraud situations that impact end users by compiling evidence from multiple investigative tools, maintaining extensive notes, and creating reports.Prioritize high impact initiatives and investigations, address emerging issues in an agile manner, and communicate blockers to management.Support internal and external audits and due diligence requests.Regularly review suspicious account activity and alert management on issues with vendors, tools, and processes.Recommend improvements to enhance fraud controls and policies.You’ll Bring These QualificationsUS Citizenship Required to obtain GSA Public TrustBachelor’s Degree + 10 years of relevant experienceExperience supporting government programsStrong ability to use problem solving skills to resolve issuesEOE/M/F/VET/DISABLEDAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
