Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing agreements, and other related documents.Perform due diligence, title and survey review, and other pre-closing tasks.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.Draft and negotiate commercial real estate contracts and agreements.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient deal closings.Assist with the development of real estate projects, including acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial properties.Provide legal support for office, retail, and industrial leasing transactions.Assist clients with financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, construction financing, and mezzanine financing.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.Extensive experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing.Strong drafting and negotiating skills.Experience with due diligence, title, and survey review.Excellent client management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.CyberCoders, Inc is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, genetic information, registered domestic partner status, marital status, status as a crime victim, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Your Right to Work
