Director of Finance with Real Estate Experience
We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our dynamic team, offering a competitive salary, a bonus structure and a clear path to advancement towards a Chief Financial Officer role. This pivotal position will start by overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, and management of private equity and real estate investments.
What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMinimum of 10 years' relevant accounting experience in the real estate industryCPA designation preferredExperience with open-ended funds and fair value GAAP reporting highly regardedStrong knowledge of REIT compliance and experience with corporate accountingUnderstanding of payroll and benefits within an accounting frameworkProven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organizationExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsVisit our website to learn more about our openings!
