This is how you will grow:

The Project Management Specialist is responsible for the integration for all new type vehicles.. Primary responsibilities will be Committee Management, Topic Steering & Process Documentation.Committee management for project steering meeting and weekly ramp up meeting for both vehicle and battery plant.Organization of ramp-up committeesCommittee steering.Serves as a key contact for new type planning vehicles and batteries in order to ensure proper communication and information exchangePlan, check and act to implement interdisciplinary workshops and/or project meetings.Document the teams' processes in a defined format to ensure knowledge transferRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering or related field3 plus years of project managementAbility to work in a team with high commitment and great flexibility.Enthusiasm about interdisciplinary thinking and teamwork.Business mind-set and ability to think strategically.Interpersonal skills and abilities to deal effectively at all levels within MBUSI and with corporate / external partners.Sound analytical and organizational skills, structured working approach.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
