Responsible for the successful project management and project processing for Smart Factory implementation/realization.Independent management of Smart Factory projectsManagement and implementation of projects from feasibility to realization / acceptance by customersProject execution in accordance with costs, timing & quality expectationsNegotiation of an contract amendments with clientManagement of project staff to achieve the defined internal project goalsCoordination and support of internal specialist departments, subcontractors, customers, assembly and installation supervision and commissioning as well as the associated reporting and documentationCalculation, sales and qualification of employees for the further development of the teamRequirements
This is how you will take us forward:
Bachelor's Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, business or related fieldStrong knowledge in the field of Smart Factory, planning and commissioning of automation systems, optimization of value-added systems, factory planning, production supply, planning of manufacturing and assembly areasSmart factory experience preferredExperience with the transformation of manufacturing plants and structuresKnowledge of the interrelationships, influencing factors and success criteria on the cost and performance targetsStrong analytical and structured thinking skills and a developed team focus with the goal of solving complex customer challengesConfident communicating and presenting to the customer's employees at all organizational levels
