Team Relations Coordinator

The Team Member Relations Coordinator assists in the daily operation of the Team Relations tasks.
Will be pulling metrics, conducting team member interviews and administrative support to the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provides support to Team Relations Specialists and Team on a daily basis
Ensures all key pieces of offboarding process are complete by creating and managing departure tasks
Facilitates the resignation process for team members – shares expectations with departing team member, create and mail termination letter, schedule exit interviews to be sent, save offboarding documentation to personnel files, coordinates collection of personal belongings if team member is not within the office.
Facilitates administrative duties aligned with involuntary separations - creates termination letter, collects personal belongings during separation, monitors task until all steps are completed and documentation is saved to personnel files in UKG.
Manages support projects for the team such as the YourTime@UWM.Com email inbox and exclusion requests, collection of personal belongings for team members on an LOA, display and legal name changes, and continuously conducting data uploads for contact lists in various systems.
Conducts in-person milestone survey check-ins and exit interviews when requested by the team member

Must Have Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and take direction from multiple sources
Attention to Detail, forward thinking and proactive
Expert communicator both written and verbal
Problem-solver and ability to work autonomously
Highly proficient in of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to work professionally and effectively with leaders and multiple levels - proven communication and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of our goals
Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among multiple major initiatives and operational tasks
You have a strong work ethic
Ability to type/design and proofread general correspondence
Nice to Have Qualifications:
UltiPro Knowledge or HRIS Systems
HR Degree or closely related bachelor's degree
1-2 years of Human Resource experience
