Second Nature is looking for an experienced Collections Analyst who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the collections process, analyzing AR data, and implementing strategies to improve cash flow. Reporting to the AR Manager, the Collections Analyst will have a forward-thinking mindset that leverages industry best practices and adds value by evolving AR processes that will drive invoicing accuracy and collection efficiencies.Key Job Responsibilities

Ensure accurate monthly billing for a high volume of assigned accounts (300-400)Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquent accountsAnalyze AR data to identify trends and areas for improvementAssist the Sales Department to maintain correct customer card informationRun weekly/monthly/quarterly aging & other AR reportsAssist the AR Manager with general accounting tasks as neededParticipate in special projects and ad hoc analysis as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the collections processPreferred Qualifications

5+ years experience in B2B Collections3+ years experience with ERP systems (bonus if you’ve used Netsuite)2+ years experience using SalesForceAdvanced experience user in Excel/Google Sheets/Google SuiteProven success meeting performance KPIs and improving collection metricsAbility to solve complex problems & use critical thinkingAbility to work in a self-directed environmentAbility to maintain client confidentialityUnquestioned personal integrity and work ethicEagerness to learn and grow with Second NatureWe get it.
