This position must build and develop the human resources organization with processes and procedures to support PSG’s strategic direction and establish initiatives for improvements in safety, talent development, quality, cost, delivery, and employee relations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic business partner to VP- Asia and Asia leadership team.Collaborates with senior leadership to build the organization's goals and strategy related to talent, recruiting, and retention.Works closely with the PSG VP – HR in the planning, leading, development, and implementation of policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, employee engagement, and training and development.Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.Alignment and achievement of company’s performance goals through team/leadership dynamics.Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Attracts, develops, and manages HR leadership teams across Asia.Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate results with faster improvements and improved working relationships.Oversees Human Resources budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.Other duties as required or directed by leadership.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 10 years related experience; with 5-7 years successful managerial experience; or equivalent successful combination of education and experience.Strong business acumen.Detailed understanding of labor law legislation across the countries that the role supports.Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.Global and Cultural Effectiveness.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Critical thinking and evaluation as well as conflict resolution skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Domestic and international travel 30%.Work Arrangement: OnsiteSalary Range: -We consider several job-related, non-discriminatory factors when determining the pay rate for a position, including, but not limited to, the position’s responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, a candidate’s education/training, the position’s location, and the key skills needed for the position.
