The ideal candidate will assist senior attorneys in providing comprehensive legal counsel to our esteemed clients.Duties:Conducting extensive legal research and analysis.Drafting various legal documents and pleadings, including contracts, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements.Communicating effectively with clients, experts, and internal teams.Handling document review and management.Assisting in trial and deposition preparation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Georgia Bar.5-7 years of experience in litigation, focusing on handling responses to time-limited conditional demands preferred.Proven ability to manage a high volume of time-sensitive tasks efficiently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to legal challenges.Track record of meeting billing goals.Preferred Skills:Experience in extra-contractual and bad faith matters.Familiarity with handling responses to time-limited conditional demands.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Benefits:
