Job SummaryWe are currently looking for a Learning Systems Analyst to join our Commercial HVAC Learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our commercial HVAC Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring its configuration and maintenance. Our LMS offers learning resources to our customers and employees, to provide knowledge needed to effectively support, sell, and service our Trane products. This role will focus on translating stakeholder needs into managing data integrity, documenting system processes, and ensuring a user-friendly experience for our internal and external learners. As a member of our CHVAC Learning team, you will also be responsible for continuously improving the external LMS configuration and providing expert advice on best practices to support learning solutions designed in the business. This role is remote with the ability to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities

Lead the governance model of the LMS, working alongside the enterprise learning team to assess risks and impacts of configurations that deviate from internal standards.

Foster a collaborative environment with stakeholders, promoting innovation and continuous improvement for our customers and employees.

Gather business requirements from external customers and key admins, collaborating with the team to support systems improvements and future developments in the LMS product roadmap.

Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make informed decisions regarding system architecture and future state.

Provide technical support to CHVAC, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and issues.

Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance the administrative experience and optimize system utilization for the Learning Management System.

Provide consultations to support business learning initiatives, delivering best practices for learner experience, sustainability, reportability, and ease of use in learning solutions design.

Partner with stakeholders to build proofs of concept that demonstrate the practical application of recommended best practices in learning solutions design.

Ensure a seamless learner experience and accurate data management by overseeing the learner experience and ecommerce functionality of the portal.

Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience and administration in LMS or learning experience platforms.

Experience supporting ecommerce system functions and workflows, preferred.

Proven experience as a Learning System Architect or similar role supporting learning technology.

Flexibility to occasionally support system maintenance and patches outside of regular working hours.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills.

Solid consultative skills and ability to work with business partners and stakeholders.

Strong experience in data analysis, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Base Salary:

Starts at $75,000 and up based on experience.
