Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you'll be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues.Leading field work, managing performance and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagementsCompleting audit processes and documenting higher-risk areasEngaging clients and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactionsConstantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processesUnderstanding our clients' unique ambitions and needsOverseeing engagement economics and managing appropriate resources for efficient engagement modelsUse technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance service deliveryParticipate in client pursuits, develop proposal content and be active in the market developing relationshipsTo qualify for the role you must haveA bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business discipline, supported by 8 years' work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firmUS CPA licensure in your work stateExperience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits of financial statementsExcellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to managementThe flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentThe ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessaryAccess to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sitesIdeally, you'll also haveExperience with SEC clients conducted in accordance with PCAOB standards and SOX404What we look for:We're interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $108,800 to $248,400.Continuous learning:
