Description:At Salem Health we take pride in our status as an award-winning, independent health care institution providing the region with its only Level II trauma center and 644 acute care beds. We are actively recruiting for an experienced board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our team as the Medical Director.
Background/Expertise:
At least four years licensed experience required
TAVR experience required
Experience in a lead or medical director position in a Cardiothoracic Surgery practice
Graduate from an approved school of medicine
Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Cardiothoracic Surgery
Board Certification or eligibility in Thoracic Surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
Current able to obtain an active unrestricted Oregon medical license
Current unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number
