We are looking for an EXPERIENCED enthusiastic BDC representatives to join our growing dealership. We are looking for smart, hardworking people who can help assist our customers through their online buying experience. Our BDC Representative are the first point of contact for customers who are looking for a vehicle. This role is responsible for working all inbound phone calls & online leads to book appointments for the Product Specialist who sell the vehicle.To be successful as a BDC representative, you should have a knack for marketing. You will be marketing the dealership to win over customers to come here to purchase their vehicle. Top candidates are professional and personable, with outstanding customer service.Experience is preferred. Paid TrainingFull-timeMonday through Saturday (1 day off during the week)2 options for Shifts8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch)OR12 PM to 9 PM (1 hour lunch)Paid 2X monthly PLUS BonusBDC Representative Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls and online enquiries.

Logging customer details and comments in our system.

Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.

Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.

Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.

Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.

Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.

Skills to help make you successful:Proven experience in sales.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.

Professional and personable demeanor.

Work with Dealersocket (but not required)

Proficient computer skills

Strong Phone skills

interpersonal communication skills

being bilingual is a plus

Ability to work well under pressure

Confident in your work.
