:Accurately perform venture capital audit engagement procedures including planning, risk assessment, internal controls, substantive testing, and other audit program stepsWork closely and directly with clientsEffectively project manage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyCommunicate effectively with all team membersDevelop and apply technical expertiseFacilitate work performed by team members to provide a high level of quality and service to clientsSupervision and review of junior staff and their workWork with team members and other management staff to achieve the objectives of the departmentDevelop strong lines of communication with clients and colleaguesQualifications

:Must haves:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in public accountingStrong analytical aptitude and applicationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsEffective project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AdobeNice to have:Licensed CPA or working towards CPA licensureExperience auditing Venture Capital and/or Private Equity entitiesExperience with accounting software (We use CCH products; ProSystems and FX Engagement)There are many reasons to join the Sensiba team: generous benefits, competitive compensation, professional advancement opportunities, and above all - our people.
