Job Description: Compensation and Benefits Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of compensation and benefits data, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity standards. You will collaborate closely with HR and other departments to design, implement, and administer various compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze compensation and benefits data comprehensively, encompassing salary surveys, market trends, and internal equity reviews.Assist in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.Supervise and handle FMLA requests for all locations in Illinois.Manage open enrollment processes, including conducting meetings with locations to discuss benefits and organizing site meetings as necessary.Process administrative payroll bi-weekly.Support annual merit increase processes to ensure fairness and alignment with company objectives.Coordinate the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health and welfare plans, retirement savings, and wellness initiatives.Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain accurate data management and reporting for compensation and benefits.Offer guidance and support to location managers on matters related to compensation and benefits, in conjunction with the VP of HR.Monitor legislative changes and industry trends to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold competitive positioning.
