is seeking an EXPERIENCED, qualified BDC representative to help grow our BDC. We are looking for a long term, goal oriented individual with a strong history of performance in this position. This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads into the dealership.Responsibilities and Duties
Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment.
Make several outbound calls per day.
Log all Customer-comments.
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales.
Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
Respond to Customer website-requests.
Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service.
Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional work ethic.
Customer service skills.
Good time management skills.
