**Title:** Executive Assistant**Location:** United States-Illinois-Wood Dale**Job Number:** 15925**SUMMARY:** Responsible for initiating and coordinating the administrative functions required in providing administrative assistance to Senior Management Personnel**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ Provide administrative support and act in a confidential capacity.+ Calendar Management+ Sign on behalf of superior, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers, and other forms of consequence.+ Screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently when possible.+ Transcribe and type correspondence, reports and other documents.+ Fax correspondence, reports and other documents.+ Coordinate activities including:+ Scheduling meetings+ Setting up conference calls+ Dealing with overseas clients+ Arrange travel itineraries, domestic & international+ All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
