Job Summary
The role of Lead Comp Team Coach entails two primary duties: developing and coaching a competitive team that is competitive at the national level.
Dogpatch Boulders is looking for a Lead Comp Team Coach for our Northern California program with the following qualifications:
Experienced in bouldering, top rope, and lead climbingSound understanding of climbing techniques such as footwork, body positioning, movement efficiency, route reading, etc.Has the patience and passion for working with kids at a variety of ability levels and learning stylesBrings a creative, fun approach to climbing instruction and curriculum; makes learning how to climb enjoyable and engagingInterested in creating high quality training curriculum and programming for Team TouchstoneExcited to collaborate with other coaches to facilitate an exceptional team experience for our climbers
