Description

As the Manager of Medicare Advantage Sales, you will be driving our sales strategies and functions. You will be responsible for:

Serving as the key liaison between New Century Health Plan, Field Marketing Organizations, and sales agents

Leading sales agent onboarding, training, and certification.

Organizing and overseeing sales education events and seminars

Manage the sales-assisted enrollment and commission processes

Monitor compliance targets for Field Marketing Organizations and sales agents

Communicate new UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans to sales agents

Host sessions to gather feedback on product design and member experience

Collaborate with UCLA Health Marketing and Communications on strategies for aging adults

Salary Range: $83,800 - $179,400/annually

Qualifications

We're seeking a detail-oriented, interpersonal individual

with:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Seven or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience, preferably in a health plan setting

Health plan or Medicare Advantage experience, highly desired

Knowledge of concepts, principles and methods of developing and executing marketing promotional marketing strategies

Knowledge of presentation development, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable fashion

Provide input to market research, including competitive benchmarking and audience studies used to inform decisions regarding customer targeting.

Able to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and clients

Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively at all levels of the organization

Ability to translate short and long range business plans to internal subject matter experts to aid them in assembling strategic marketing plans

Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment with competing priorities

Ability to recognize and resolve conflicts through collaboration, communication and customer (patient and physician) advocacy
