Description

As the Manager of Medicare Advantage Sales, you will be driving our sales strategies and functions. You will be responsible for:

*Serving as the key liaison between New Century Health Plan, Field Marketing Organizations, and sales agents

*Leading sales agent onboarding, training, and certification.

*Organizing and overseeing sales education events and seminars

*Manage the sales-assisted enrollment and commission processes

*Monitor compliance targets for Field Marketing Organizations and sales agents

*Communicate new UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans to sales agents

*Host sessions to gather feedback on product design and member experience

*Collaborate with UCLA Health Marketing and Communications on strategies for aging adults

Salary Range: $83,800 - $179,400/annuallyQualifications

We're seeking a detail-oriented, interpersonal individualwith:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSeven or more years ofprogressively responsible and directly related work experience, preferablyin a health plan settingHealth plan or MedicareAdvantage experience, highly desiredKnowledge of concepts,principles and methods of developing and executing marketing promotionalmarketing strategiesKnowledge of presentationdevelopment, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple andunderstandable fashionProvide input to marketresearch, including competitive benchmarking and audience studies used toinform decisions regarding customer targeting.Able to work in a matrixenvironment with multiple stakeholders and clientsAbility to communicate(verbal and written) effectively at all levels of the organizationAbility to translate shortand long range business plans to internal subject matter experts to aidthem in assembling strategic marketing plansAbility to effectivelyprioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment withcompeting prioritiesAbility to recognize andresolve conflicts through collaboration, communication and customer(patient and physician) advocacy
