Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. How You'll Make an Impact
- Contributing to continued ambitious revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction from existing and new customer base in North America
- Actively cover multiple customer accounts representing the present and future full value chain of the Service/Lifecycle Solutions business portfolio*
- Follow up offers and actively participate in presentation and negotiations with clients, thus participate in full sales process and handover to execution teams
- Through CRM tools keep close track on activities and projections
- Create enthusiasm across the aftermarket organization for the new initiatives
- Identify relevant portfolio offerings that can help customers operational aspects
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering or related technical field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of technical sales or business development experience is required; a deep understanding of the offshore oil, gas, subsea, marine and onshore process industries (such as chemicals, fiber and refinery industries) is preferred.
- Candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.
- Must be willing to travel both regionally, domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
- Broad customer network in one or more of owner/operator, EPC, Project Developers and a consistent track record of building customer networks is preferred.
- Strong technical background (Electrification, Automation and/or Digitalization preferred) with advanced commercial experience.
- Strong communication, oral presentation, and people skills working in multi-field, and multi-cultural teams is highly desirable; must be comfortable dealing with all levels of management.
- Strong knowledge, understanding and ability to clearly articulate solutions within Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization concepts.
- Must have strategic and tactical vision, able to ignite change by having high reaching goals!
- Committed to achieving results with a strong customer focus!
- Comfortable in a fast pace and complex business environment with multiple team members and influencers.
- Able to build demand for solutions and implement the process from development to contract closure.
- All candidates must be authorized or able to obtain authorization to work in the United States.
