How You'll Make an Impact
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Training or a related field and extensive experience in corporate training. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a wide range of programs to improve employee skills and performance at all levels. The successful candidate will be capable of training on various topics listed below. They will coordinate all the New Employee Orientation and Trainings with both internal and external instructors. Lead the Siemens Energy Learning Platform (SELP). Be the Charlotte representative at the Winston Salem (WSC) plant campus visiting 1 day a week.
Your Primary Responsibilities
Instruct of the following NEO classes: (New Employee Orientation)
Management/Leadership Assessments: Work with outside vendors to coordinate leadership assessments when requested.
SELP: Remain familiar with SELP platform learning landscapes and trainings so you can suggest classes available for employee development.
Facilitate Railway Operations Training, Scaffolding training and other needed training to meet the campus needs.
WSC: Office Coverage - Be an available resource for employees on the WSC campus at least one day per week.
WSC: A group of Lead Operators has been formed and would like to receive some Leadership training. This would be a series of trainings over a soon to be decided timeframe. Topics include DiSC, Communication, Problem Solving, Collaboration, Multi-Generational Workforce, Conflict Resolution, and Stress Management.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

- Human Performance Refresher, Managing Self and Others
- New Employee Orientation Overview, Plant Safety Overview, Collaboration/Coaching, Train-the-Trainer

What You Bring (requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in training, business or equivalent with 8-10 years of leadership training experience.
- History of promoting a collaborative environment.
- Authority in presentation skills and MS Office and Excellent written, verbal communication, and organization
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service with strong organizational and time management skills with the Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training efficiency
- Proficiency in using various training software and tools and Certification in training programs
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
