Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC) , located in the Arena District in downtown Tulsa, is a modern and award-winning venue providing over 275,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Owned by the City of Tulsa for over 50 years, the CBCC has been host to every kind of event imaginable and proudly serves the citizens of Tulsa and guests from around the world.Responsibilities:Determine the priorities of event coordination to facilitate computing, internet, and phone needs of the clients.Oversee and provide cause for proper control and care of computer and phone inventories of supplies, spare parts, shop tools and equipment. Oversee and provide cause for proper maintenance shop(s) conditions to be maintained in safe working conditions, safe working procedures, and in a clean and orderly work environment.Develop, implement, document and maintain effective facility maintenance policies, procedures and programs. To include P.M. on all computer software and hardware, and all phone systems.Provide customer service excellence.Required to speak and understand basic English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.Maintain a professional work ethicMake sure all IT storerooms are clean, organized and secureThis position requires the ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours which include nights, weekends, and holidays.Other duties as assigned
