Trusted.SPA’s Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, OSD, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defense Force. Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients’ challenges.Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients’ success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security.SPA has an immediate need for a Program Analyst supporting the AUKUS Nuclear Powered Submarine governance team. The position is located at the Navy Yard, DC.Responsibilities

In this role, the Program Analyst will support the NAVSEA AUKUS program within Team Submarine responsible for the integrated support to the Australian Nuclear Powered Submarine initiative via the AUKUS Portfolio Office, a trilateral decision support organization. Responsibilities will include:Developing new processes and approaches to novel trilateral program managementOrganizing and supporting senior-level trilateral governance meetingsTracking high-visibility action itemsMonitoring program status and acquisition effortsCoordinating program wide initiatives and actionsDeveloping and implementing knowledge management systems (KMS) or approaches to provide a centralized place to store information and access it readilyInformation will include identifying and archiving key decisions and associated rationale, technical baselines, resource allocations, staffing and lessons learned across various levels of classification. Experience operating in fast-paced/start-up environments and briefing senior executives is a plus.Qualifications

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, business administration (or other relevant field)5-7 years’ experienceStrong organizational and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligenceStrong attention to detail and experience with process improvementExperience in a government office, either as civilian, contractor, or militaryExperience with knowledge management and data visualizationStrong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applicationsCurrent DoD SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employmentDesired Qualifications:Experience supporting submarine programs, DAWIA certification is a plusExperience with international/FMS programsExperience with and knowledgeable of the Navy requirements and program office organizations and processesExperience with process improvement in a new organization
