Aug 31, 2024Profile:A law firm in Chicago is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Finance Associate Attorney with approximately 3-4 years of substantive leveraged finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders, and other investors in various debt finance transactions. Lender-side experience in middle-market transactions is a plus.
