Multi-disciplinary projects including design, development, testing, and documentationManage multiple projects in parallel or series dependent on prioritiesPerform hands-on payload integration activities, including mechanical fitment, electrical wiring, programming, and troubleshootingInstall hardware in a highly detailed and quality manner which includes removal, repair and installation of payloadsCreate and maintain manufacturing work instructions for Inspired Flight payloadsCollaborate with the Engineering team to create complete system integrationTesting payload solutions to improve performance, documentation, and troubleshootingYou’ll excel in this role if you have:

Prior experience with a UAS manufacturing companyKnowledge of mechanical, electrical (wiring), and firmware engineeringExperience preferably in the following industries: aviation, aerospace, defense sectorExceptional communication skills, including demonstrated experience in delivering solutions proposals to executive-level stakeholdersThrives in a fast-paced start-up environment with superior organizational and time-urgency skillsEducation/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience3-5 years of field experience in a similar roleYou must be able to obtain a Part 107 UAV pilot’s license within your first six monthsBenefits Offered
