This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office), and can be located in our New York City, NY office.In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:Conduct market scanning to identify competitive opportunities and threatsTranslate competitive analysis, market sizing and customer perspectives into actionable and successful growth strategiesWork across teams to identify, document and oftentimes implement potential solutions for a complex business initiative/ challenge to help CT improve business performance and realize our most important goalsGather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendationsSupport messaging on market and competitive movements and positioningTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, while an advanced graduate degree is preferable5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in issuer services, fixed income, and/or debt instruments (conventional bonds, CLOs, ABS/MBS, private debt, syndicated bank loans, etc)Capability to drive an independent workstream within a broader project across a matrixed ecosystemComfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situationsAbility to break-down and solve problems through quantitative thinkingAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $97,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
