As the Managing Partner, you will lead a team of investment professionals, manage investor relations, and oversee the entire investment lifecycle from sourcing deals to exit strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the venture capital landscape, a strong network within the startup ecosystem, and a proven ability to generate attractive returns.Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the firm's investment strategy in alignment with market trends and investor expectations.Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities.Negotiate and structure investment terms, including equity stakes, governance rights, and exit strategies.Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to portfolio company executives to optimize growth and operational efficiency.Manage relationships with limited partners (LPs), including reporting on fund performance and fundraising efforts.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the firm, promoting teamwork and professional development.Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform investment decisions.Requirements

Proven experience as a successful venture capitalist, with a track record of leading investments that have delivered significant returns.Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) a plus.Benefits
