Our goal is to support Anduril’s mission of rebooting the arsenal of defense by being knowledgeable, agile, and responsive. This role is positioned directly under the Head of Security to work directly with divisions, business lines, and deployment team representatives to continue to meet current and future contractual security requirements and needs while scaling at a hyper-growth rate. We’re looking for someone to own our department’s classified requirement intake, management, and execution while working with stakeholders and deployment teams enabling us to execute on our most sensitive programs.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Oversee and manage all security compliance infrastructure demands across Anduril’s divisions and business lines — these requirements will range in complexity and nuance requiring a great understanding of the intricacies of industrial security requirementsRepresent, coordinate with, and advise the Head of Security and the Industrial, Special Program, and Physical Security teams on evolving emerging security requirementsDefine and develop a company-wide roadmap (including project plans and budgets) and define priorities for security compliance infrastructure as the company scales in headcount and program volume.Work with our IT teams to ensure network infrastructure requirements are incorporated into overall security compliance infrastructure requirementsPartner with Program Leads including but not limited to: Classified Networks, Classified IT, Network Engineering, and Facilities, to grow infrastructure from inception to completionIdentify and develop tools and processes for continuously improving the intake, management, and execution of infrastructure requirementsHere’s who you are:

You understand the security implications and requirements in executing Collateral, Special Access Program, and Sensitive Compartmented Information classified contractsYou have a thorough understanding of 32 CFR Part 117 (the “National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual“), ICD-705, and the associated technical specifications for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, TEMPEST countermeasure policies, and other applicable policies and regulations applicable to the construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, Special Access Program Facilities, and collateral open storage areas.You have experience drafting, reviewing, understanding, and implementing DD Form 254s (Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specifications)You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric wayYou’re an expert in project management techniques, organizational skills, technical competence, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyYou’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong focus on outcomes with high humilityYou have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersYou’re highly detail-oriented and data-drivenYou’re discerning and an incredibly fast learnerYou’re tactical and can focus on small details as well as the big pictureYou have 6+ years of varied and practical experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or consultingRequired Qualifications:

Have extensive experience working in classified environmentsMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearanceSalary Range: $142k-$213kUS Salary Range$142,000 - $213,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
