Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to grow the retailer's category and overall business.Lead the development of annual sales quotas and profit plans, and monitor actual results against the plan throughout the year, making necessary adjustments.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at the buyer level and beyond to enhance partnerships and understand the retailer's needs, strategies, and objectives.Create and deliver retailer-specific presentations for line reviews, programs, and mid-season updates, and effectively complete all necessary administrative tasks.Collaborate with store personnel and marketing to identify and evaluate new product ideas, ensuring alignment with retailer needs and strategic objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
