Software Engineer

• Perform day-to-day configuration and support of the Data Operations Hub system and components.• Monitor and respond to incoming requests for new data inputs/outputs, access, configuration, etc.• Develop, document, and follow standard processes, procedures, runbooks, etc. for operating the system, including change and incident management.• Facilitate regular security patching and upgrades of components, working with Infrastructure teams as necessary.
