The
Department of Genetics
is recruiting investigators at all academic levels. Individuals with research programs in any area of genetics/genomics are encouraged to apply. The department has historic strength in human genetics, model organism biology, epigenetics and gene regulation, technology development, and computational biology.
These positions offer superb scientific resources in a collegial department with access to sequencing and genomic analysis for research and clinical samples, high-performance computing, genome engineering, and induced pluripotent stem cell technologies. Department faculty members have extensive interactions with most departments at the University and with the Hope Center for Neurological Disorders, the McDonnell Genome Institute, the Intellectual and Developmental Disability Research Center, the Siteman Cancer Center, the Institute for Clinical and Translational Studies, and the Institute for Informatics, among others.
