Your Impact

The Senior Account Manager works with Sales Representatives on a set of advertising accounts managing all pre-sale planning and account services. The senior account manager will be a category and product expert for their assigned accounts, understanding how their clients buy our media, what products perform best for them, specific rates that are applicable to that client and performance KPIs for each plan. They will have a deep understanding of our ad products, packages and business rules. They will make sure the plan created meets client expectations and work closely with ad ops ad project management to assure campaigns launch on time and perform.

They will use their excellent communication skills to build strong relationships internally and externally and be a main point of contact for the account their work on.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:Create compelling media plans that drive revenue, accomplish client KPIs, maintain profit margin and comply with our business rulesMaintain an expert understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. audience extension, research, social strategy, new products, etc) and partner with related teams (Sales, Marketing, Audience Development, Yield/Inventory, and Ad Product) in all pre-sale effortsBook campaigns in our order management system (Adpoint and Salesforce), managing orders in the system as they work their way through the sales funnelEnsure all campaign details align between the media plan, agency IO, and Adpoint order and maintain this alignment throughout the campaign presale lifecycleUnderstand their clients T&Cs (working with the contracts team) and make sure IOs are compliantManage the communication of plan details to Program Management and Ad Ops to ensure seamless launch and work closely with the teams through the life cycle of their campaigns to make sure things are on track and deliveringDeliver comprehensive wrap-up reports in partnership with program management and ad ops to help with renewalsWhen possible, will have the opportunity to manage Associate Account Manager(s)Qualifications

Who you are:

3-5 years successful experience in media and sale planning / or strategyYou're able to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a face-paced environment under tight deadlines across multiple accountsVery strong organizational skills and eye for detailStrong relationship building and communication skillsExcellent writing skillsYou have a flexible, personable attitude, ability to develop relationships with all levels of personnelYou have a bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with ad platforms and systems: Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $85,000 to $102,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
