Position Overview for the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst:Play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that optimize inventory management processes and cost efficiencies using PeopleSoft.Conduct analysis and assessment of existing inventory and cost management processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Provide expertise, guidance, and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities related to inventory and cost management.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and alignment of PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management solutions with other business systems.
Required Skills for the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst:
Proven Experience working as a PeopleSoft functional analyst with a focus on PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management.In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules related to inventory management, cost accounting, and supply chain.Clear and concise knowledge of how the products PeopleSoft and third-party applications work technically to solution issues in the production databases.Excellent communication and leading skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear manner.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience or understanding in healthcare preferred.
