Basic QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this PositionGeneral Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate need for an Information Assurance Professional in Scottsdale, AZ.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience developing System Security Plans (SSP) and all supporting Assessment and Authorization documentation such as Security Assessment Reports, SCTM's and POA&M'sExperience with eMASS and Service NOW (SNOW) risk management and compliance automation toolsExperience with various system security assessment/hardening tools - SCAP Compliance Checker, STIG Viewer, ACAS, etcTrained and proficient in Assured File Transfer (AFT) proceduresSelf-starter with the ability to operate independently with minimal supervisionContributes to the achievement of business objectivesStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team throughout the system life cycleDoD Professional Certification meeting IAM Level I (e.g., Security + CE, CAP, GSLC)Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the NISPOM-DAAPM, NIST SP 800-53, and CNSSI 1253Contact with project leaders and other professionals within the Engineering department and with project teamsProficient in Microsoft Office applications#LI-HybridTarget salary range: USD $107,520.00/Yr. - USD $119,280.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
