Project Architect

A Midwestern architectural design firm has a great opportunity for a Senior Project Architect in their Milwaukee office!

Responsibilities:

Lead design process for a variety of projects including healthcare, college facilities and municipal buildings

Lead projects through all development phases

Supervise architectural team

Construction administration and bidding process

Build/maintain client relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

8+ years of experience with building design and documentation working in an architectural office

Registered Architect

Proficient in Revit

Experience working with SketchUp, Excel and InDesign

Experience developing specifications, cost estimates, bid documents

Salary is commensurate with experience.
