The business operates within four business units: Insurance, Health, Analytics, and Emerging businesses.EXL's US Tax Team is actively seeking a US International Tax Manager to join our team immediately. This pivotal role involves managing US international taxes and special projects in close collaboration with the Global Head of Tax and VP - US Tax. As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and gain high visibility.A successful US International Tax Manager will possess a broad understanding of US international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, tax treaties, and the tax implications of cross-border transactions. This role requires excellent project management skills to handle large-scale, transformative business/tax projects. Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet established deadlines are crucial.Key Responsibilities:

Project Management : Oversee multiple international tax projects, ensuring clear communication in non-technical terms and coordinating the overall implementation process with various internal stakeholders and external advisors.Compliance and Reporting : Manage and report to the US VP - Tax on all US international tax compliance and 10K/10Q reporting matters, including:Review of GILTISubpart FFDIIBEAT calculationsInternational tax-related formsFATCAOther relevant areas as neededCross-Border Transactions : Assist in managing tax matters related to cross-border transactions, including transfer pricing, tax treaty issues, and the impact of foreign tax regimes.Tax Planning and Analysis : Contribute to a wide range of international tax matters, including tax planning, research, quantitative analysis, and modeling of tax impacts from planning.Collaboration : Work with external auditors and tax advisors to address complex tax issues.Global Coordination : Coordinate with colleagues in non-US jurisdictions for US tax compliance, reporting, and other filing requirements related to international operations, structures, and transactions.Stay Informed : Keep abreast of tax developments and analyze their impact on the organization.Day-to-Day Matters : Address other tax-related issues as they arise.Compensation:
