Position Summary/Job Description:Design and develop front-end experiences for the MyAds website.
How much time will the resource spend pair programming?We pair on an on-demand basis. There is no set time.

Job SummaryOur company is seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to join our dynamic, small team within a larger organization. As a key contributor, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products. We are the largest multi-channel consumer electronics retailer in the world and technology is at the heart of our organization.
Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.• Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.• Contribute to design and architecture decisions.• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.Qualifications:• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.• Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.• Experience with React-Redux for state management.• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with full-stack development, especially Java and Spring Boot.• Proficiency in TypeScript.• Contributions to open-source React libraries or components.
