Front End Developer IV (React & Node)Location: Richfield, MN (Hybrid)Tell us about your department:The Customer Engagement Services domain is responsible for enterprise and digital capabilities, features, services and platforms that enable core operational use of customer account data, loyalty and cardmember services, customer account-based offers (CABO), customer identity & access management (CIAM) and fraud risk mitigation, and customer data enrichment.Customer Engagement provides services that harness customer and employee interactions and preferences and makes actionable data available to personalize experiences across touchpoints including in-store, in-home, online, and in call centers.
Project Description:This assignment is with a specialty team called Customer Domain Account Maintenance.This product is about managing customer account and data hygiene.
Position Summary/Job Description:• Work closely with Product Managers/BSA to understand requirements on features and improvements.• Ability to work on building components using React JS and Node JS• Build components using React Native.• Experience in using one or more of the following: GraphQL, Git, NPM, Yarn, Babel, Webpack, Typescript, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Cypress, React Query, Tan Stack, Apollo Client, React Hooks, Fetch API, Lighthouse, Fastify, Koa, Chrome dev tools• Understanding of Agile processes, CI/CD and other development processes• Ability to take lead and develop functionality- communicate within and outside the team.• Ability to build and optimize web applications and platforms in a cloud environment with a solid understanding of system design• Ability to triage and manage complex, production issues• Experience building highly scalable and performing applications• Ability to test both back-end RESTAPI and front-end based applications.• Write stories and bugs for developers to work from.
Skills Overview:• React JS/Node JS related web technologies- 5+ years• React Native - 2+ years• Restful API - 5+ years• Agile development process - 3+ years• Production triage and issue identification - 5+ years
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?• Ability to work on back-end technologies like Java/Groovy is a huge advantage• Knowing database technologies• FE automation testing
