Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, multi-family property managers, commercial property managers, real estate agents, and HVAC companies to generate leads and referralsProactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels, including cold calls, setting appointments, phone calls, emails, and networking eventsEducate potential partners about Our Restoration's services and benefits, emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaningCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead-generation effortsMaintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunitiesTrack and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularlyBenefits:
