cBEYONData is seeking an Oracle EBS Developer for a new Oracle EBS implementation for one of our federal clients.Responsibilities:

Responsible for both functional SDLC tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL and Java working in an Oracle EBS or custom application environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, end-user training, and documentation.Provide expertise to analyze, troubleshoot and recommend break fix solutions and improvements.Broad experience with Oracle Federal Financials applications including General Ledger, Federal Administrator, Purchasing, iProcurement, Projects, OBIEE across Procure to Pay (P2P) Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Budget to Report (B2R) business process areas.Review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions to complete customizations or configurations to the application.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Work with business to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and lead teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.Advise management on roadmap for application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modules.Opportunity to learn and work on new initiatives using RPA and G-invoicing.Requirements:

Working knowledge of the complete Oracle development lifecycle is required.Must be able to develop custom RICEW objects in support of an EBS 12.2.9 business modernization effort, have a strong background in PL/SQL and complete documentation tasks.Experience with Oracle R12 Financials, Oracle implementations, Oracle Databases, Oracle EBS RICEW, Oracle EBS Purchasing, Oracle EBS Project Billing, Oracle Projects and Oracle Report Builder.Software development experience using Oracle Application Framework (OAF).Familiarity with SOA, portal, J2EE, and Microsoft technologies.Oracle E-Business suite expertise in accounting, inventory order management, and manufacturing modules, including development of personalization and custom reports.Experience supporting front-end development teams in an Oracle 12, OBIEE and custom application environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.Must be able to go on-site 4-5x per week in the National Capital Region (NCR).
