Manage the daily operations of our warehouse, overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Ensure efficient and organized warehouse processes and maintain accurate inventory records. Products handled include Steelcase, Herman Miller, and Teknion furniture.
Responsibilities:Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of furniture and equipment.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule shipments and deliveries.Train and supervise warehouse staff.Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move heavy furniture items.Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.Manual dexterity to handle tools and small parts.
Required Skillsets:Strong organizational and management skills.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.Valid driver's license and clean background check.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Hours:Full-time position with standard business hours.Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
