is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working Manager to supervise its Newbury Street location in Boston. Amorino Gelato is a high-end gelato brand with locations worldwide, offering a luxurious gelato and caf experience unlike any other in Boston.
As a Manager, your job will be to work closely with the Owner but with large autonomy in the management of the store. You will be responsible for the customer experience and quality of the service, for the team management and empowerment as well as all other general administrative duties. Hiring immediately
Responsibilities -Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesMaintains store staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; as well as ensuring team calls/eventsComplete store operational requirements by scheduling employeesProcess bi-weekly reports and administratives tasksAchieves financial objectives by following the annual budget; scheduling expenditures; Managing Cost of Goods expenditures; initiating corrective actionsIdentifies and manage new opportunity for business and turnover increaseEnsures availability of merchandise by maintaining inventories and placing ordersMarkets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plansProtects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environmentMaintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirementsMaintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and proceduresEnsures the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customersBuilds and maintains relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local communityPerform other duties as assigned by the ownerBenefits/Perks/Additional Compensation:

Requirements
Previous experience as Manager in the food service preferredA Food Protection Manager Certification is a plusGreat communication skills and a professional, friendly attitudeAbility to Manager a team of 20 peopleProvide good employment referencesCommitment to good hygiene and professional appearanceHas strong organizational skillsBeing detail oriented, autonomous and perform well without daily supervisionDriver licence is requiredAvailability during weekends and holidays
