Project Manager

Stafford Gray is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This includes defining project scope, setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.Responsibilities:Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to successfully complete projectsDefine project scope, goals, and objectivesCreate detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are metMonitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues or risks that ariseCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managedPrepare and present project status reports to key stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience as a Project Manager, managing and delivering projects on time and within budgetExcellent project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgetingStrong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify and resolve issues and risks that arise during projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsProficient in project management software and toolsPMP certification is a plus
