Overview and Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the offices of Accreditation, Compliance and Assessment (ACA) and Institutional Effectiveness (IE), with special focus on data related projects. The Coordinator will have direct responsibility for managing data projects related to professional licensure disclosure, regulatory document management and some compliance-related reporting.RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support for the Office of Accreditation, Compliance and Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness.Collaborate with the director of ACA and program faculty to research, interpret, and monitor data related to state licensing requirements in all U.S. jurisdictions to inform student advising needs and licensure disclosure messagingAssist with reporting requirements for the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and NC-SARAWork with the Director to manage a centralized and sustainable licensure education, compliance, and audit infrastructure, including maintenance of licensing database, training for recruitment and development of licensure education toolsAssist with development and ongoing management of webpages for the officesSupport data collection and management for institutional accreditation effortsSupport survey efforts and collaborate on reporting projects in IE; develop data visualizations using Excel and other softwareAssist with project management, as assignedOther duties as assignedESSENTIAL SKILLS AND FUNCTIONS

Research skills ability to read and interpret federal and state regulations as related to higher education regulations and requirementsAbility to take direction, while also able to work under limited supervision and exercise independent judgment and initiativeAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasksAttention to detail and ability to accurately review and validate dataClarity in verbal and written communicationAbility to adapt quickly to changes in the work environmentProficient in Google applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn other key technologies as neededAbility to maintain confidentialityQualifications:EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree requiredKnowledge of higher education and regulatory landscape preferred, but not requiredTwo years of experience in higher education preferred, but not required
