Job overview:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the team responsible for maintaining a profitable and healthy business with key Mass/Specialty/New Business. You will be responsible for delivering growth through maximizing core while expanding new distribution for the Eva NYC portfolio
focusing on Walmart, grocery and specialty channels.
You have mastered the Eva NYC brand strategies and product portfolios to work in conjunction with your team and internal business partners to create and execute a winning 4P strategy for the customer. You will have full ownership of all levels of your sales channel P&L.

$100,000 -$120,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:Set customer team strategy for the immediate and long-term to drive healthy joint business plans and overall growth through complete account ownership.Train and lead team members to sell, implement and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectivesManage and continuously improve customer forecasting, distribution, profitability, shelving and merchandisingDevelop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell win/win business plansStrategic planning of the overall business, including the development of a sales plan and budget attainment of both revenue and profitPlan and execute Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to the internal Eva leadership team, reviewing performance and outlining strategy based on analytical dataEstablish a productive relationship with all cross-functional departments, to maximize support in all business areas (marketing, supply, data systems and finance)Lead and coach team members to develop promotional strategy and presentations, special prepacks and events to maximize sales opportunitiesAccomplished at solving problems and closing deals - negotiates pricing, coop, vendor terms etc. to improve the brand positionConsistently provide recommendations for profitable customer/brand growthData-driven with strong analytical skills - effectively communicating recommendations not factsExtensive industry, competition and brand knowledge - is always on top of trends, new launches, retail news, etc.An inspiring team leader - embodies each of the core sales competenciesSeek additional responsibility and participation in special projectsManage, mentor and coach direct reportsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree required5+ years of experience in Sales supporting Mass/Specialty/New Business (ideally across walmart, grocery and specialty channels)Highly developed sales and financial acumen, including P&L budget managementDeep understanding of Nielsen & reporting10-15% travelStrong analytical and story-telling skillsCreative thinker + problem solverA hands-on self-starter with strong organizational skills who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelinesProficiency in all business programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, AsanaAbility to work well both independently and within a teamSomeone who can lead by example and encompass Eva NYC's core valuesDesirable skills:
