What we do:

As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $124.6 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $796.2 in non-discretionary assets as of March 31, 2024.

The Opportunity:

You will play a critical role in overseeing the international accounting operations of the firm, including but not limited to review, approval, and analysis of internal accounting and reporting, oversee the timely submission of compliance filings, handle the coordination of international subsidiary audits, as well as establishing and enforcing policies and internal controls.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Lead the month-end close process for our foreign subsidiaries, including review of monthly journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and expense analysisLead and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and performance managementReview various reconciliations and filings to ensure accuracyIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of international accounting operationsEnsure all documentation is maintained for internal control purposesAssist in the preparation and review of financial deliverablesEngage with service providers to maintain quality and timeliness of deliverables and problem resolutionValidate results and perform control checks to ensure accurate results from service providersLead the monthly submission of local regulatory and compliance reports for our foreign subsidiariesCoordinate the external audits for our foreign subsidiaries and liaison with external auditorsInterface with internal and external parties on assessing the impact of accounting and regulatory guidanceExtensive knowledge and experience with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, intercompany accounting and consolidation, and internal control development and documentationAdditional projects and duties as needed.Your background and skills will include:

Bachelor's degree in accountingCPA certification preferred6+ years of accounting and financial reporting experienceCombination of public accounting firm and industry experience preferred, including experience at a publicly traded companySupervisory experience requiredFamiliarity with international compliance filings a plusExperience in multi-currency accountingExposure to international accountingProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with Workday Financials a plusDeadline-driven, highly motivated, and detail-orientedAbility to take initiative, multi-task and prioritizeExcellent communication skillsAbility to exercise sound judgment and take initiative in resolving problems and making recommendationsStrong organizational skills.
