We are seeking a Food Quality Assurance Assistant in Crossville.Job Responsibilities:- Perform visual and analytical tests on ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards- Assist in or complete preparation needed for any audits- Record and document all quality control test results- Identify potential quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions are taken- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the quality control area
