Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the development of the region's existing resources, and a desire to research and identify new water resources within the region. The candidate will need to be able to work in a cooperative spirit with water utility districts within the region and find ways to capitalize on opportunities to the benefit of citizens of multiple communities.Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the CPWA, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and customer service.Develop and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.Ensure high-quality water standards.Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.Monitor and control operating costs and budgets effectively.Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.Implement initiatives to drive growth to the benefit of regional communities.Maintain a clean and organized environment.Requirements
Proven experience in managementBachelor's Degree from accredited college or universityExcellent leadership and team management skillsProficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and POS systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and serviceJob Type:
