We are searching for a Business Development Representative who is passionate about working with a growing SaaS company and committed to exceeding personal and team sales targets. In this position, you will play an integral role in our sales process by finding and developing prospective new business customers. You will work closely with a Sales Consultant to win these new customers.

Find and cultivate new interested clients and work with a Sales Consultant to complete the new customer sale. You will schedule appointments and presentations with interested prospects.Contribute effectively within a new business sales squad of one Sales Consultant plus 1-2 Business Development Reps to achieve a sales target.Perform outbound prospecting calls and email contact to Marketing Qualified Leads and self-identified prospects based on sales plan for the month in partnership with a Sales Consultant.Maintain a list of prospects using HubSpot and execute a daily call plan within that list of prospects.Develop a playbook of multiple sales call approaches that fit your personal interaction style and are successful in creating enough qualified interest to meet squad sales targets.Represent the Bolt On value proposition and value in a way that results in high onboarding and retention success with high customer satisfaction once sold.Record and accurately maintain the status of all work within our CRM platform including but not limited to - entering call notes, logging call outcomes, updating customer information (phone number, email address, etc.) while maintaining data integrity by entering accurate information.What You'll Need:

Highly proficient in the craft of quickly establishing rapport and credibility with new prospective customers for the purpose of developing the contact into a qualified prospect. Continuously hones this craft.Discipline and resilience to execute high outreach call volumes to achieve sales targetsCan quickly develop extensive knowledge of the Bolt On product portfolio to accurately uncover the needs of the client, demonstrate the business value of our products and guide prospects in selecting Bolt On Technology software to grow their businessesComfort working with SaaS products, CRM tools and other sales technologiesWhat We Offer:
